Jaxongir Andakulov

Jaxongir Andakulov — TRIVEX founder and CEO, with over 7 years in mobile technology and software products. Since 2019, he has worked on banking, government systems, city transport and digital commerce. His expertise covers programming, product architecture, coordinating technical teams and launching apps.

Founded TRIVEX and led the team of nearly 10 developers. Today he drives the company's growth, client partnerships and overall team operations. He is directly involved in planning tasks, coordinating specialists, solving technical issues and overseeing delivery.

Personally involved in every TRIVEX project. From Korean-market platforms like Ikhlas Market and Meat Box to CarWashCRM, E-Station, iTeach, Fruits Time, AccMarketCRM and TezTopa. On Healnix, he took part in TRIVEX's design and partial development; the project was later handed to another company.

His banking experience includes ANORBANK and KDB Bank Uzbekistan. At ANORBANK he worked on mobile banking, credit modules, app architecture and a unified design system. He also contributed to the ELMA internal app and TIR integration. Now at KDB Bank Uzbekistan, as Senior Android developer, he modernises the mobile app, improving performance and its technical foundation.

At Toshshahartransxizmat AJ, he led building and launching the ToshBus Travel app from scratch. He coordinated mobile, backend, web, design and DevOps teams. He worked on uniting maps, route selection, booking, payments and notifications in one product. He also helped develop and launch E-Station for EV charging.

At Start Soft, he contributed to the LexUz app and the unified electronic civil registry archive. This experience built skills in large data, complex workflows and system integration. He studied at the National University of Uzbekistan in 2015–2019.

His core stack is Kotlin, Android, Jetpack Compose and Compose Multiplatform for mobile products. He has experience with shared Android/iOS tech, MVI and MVVM architectures, external integrations and modernising existing products. Code review, setting development standards and mentoring developers are also part of his work.

His management at TRIVEX is based on clear business goals, clear tasks for the team and monitoring quality at every stage. He focuses on communication between client and technical team: decisions, progress and next steps must be clear. His goal is a team that builds user-friendly, business-fit and scalable products.
