Shaxzod Toshboyev

Shaxzod Toshboyev — founder and CTO of TRIVEX, a specialist with over 5 years of experience building mobile and web products. His work spans projects in tourism, transport, education, digital healthcare and services. He has hands-on experience in product design from scratch, development, third-party integrations, app store releases and ongoing development.

At TRIVEX he is responsible for project technical direction, architecture decisions and development standards. He focuses on turning business requirements into technical specs, choosing technology that fits the project and organizing developer collaboration. He views mobile apps, web interfaces, backend and third-party services as one integrated system. Code quality, clear architecture and future scalability are central to his technical approach.

As CTO and Lead Flutter Developer at SINO AI TECHNOLOGIES, he leads the engineering team across mobile, backend, frontend and AI. He handles task allocation, code review, technology selection and CI/CD processes. He has experience building products for Android, iOS and Flutter Web and integrating AI services for text, voice and files. He has also worked on features that read data from smart bracelets via BLE and process it in the app.

At Toshshahartransxizmat JSC he helped build the TashBus Travel mobile app for booking and ordering bus trips from scratch on Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform. He built Flutter Web admin panels for managing fleets, staff, reports and vehicle status. He also contributed to developing and integrating a system for monitoring electric bus charging and automating payments.

At EasyBooking he independently built the GTS — Global Travel Space B2B mobile app for travel agents and subagents from scratch. He created features for booking flights, tours and hotels and working with balances and contracts. He worked on updating the existing app architecture, modernizing the codebase and connecting third-party services. He also contributed to developing and supporting the EasyBooking B2C app with over 100,000 downloads.

At Dasturchilar Klubi he built mobile solutions for teachers and parents at Redbridge International School. He developed the teachers' app in Kotlin and the parents' app in Flutter. He worked on features such as attendance, grades, schedules and notifications. He also has experience teaching programming courses, mentoring junior developers and guiding their projects technically.

Early in his career he helped develop the Android app of the Aliposter POS and CRM system for restaurants, cafes and retail outlets. He built features for couriers and staff to work with orders, delivery statuses and receipts. He worked on real-time data updates via Firebase, push notifications and server integration.

He completed his bachelor's degree in 2024 at the Samarkand branch of Tashkent University of Information Technologies. His core technical areas are Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform and Compose Multiplatform. He combines experience in Clean Architecture, state management, API integrations and app release processes with technical leadership and mentoring.
